1. Subscriptions & Memberships

What subscription plans does PhiloPulse offer?

We offer four membership tiers:
Free Membership – Access to selected free articles.
Premium Membership (Monthly) – $4.99/month for full access to premium content.
Premium Membership (3 Months) – $13.99 for three months at a discounted rate.
Premium Membership (Yearly) – €49.00/year with the best value for long-term readers.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a free membership option?

Yes! Our Free Membership grants access to selected articles without any cost. However, premium content, in-depth essays, and downloadable eBooks are reserved for paid members.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can change your membership plan at any time in your account settings. If you upgrade, the changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, they take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I access premium content?

Once you subscribe to a Premium Membership, you will automatically gain access to all premium articles and downloadable eBooks. You need to be logged in to view them.

Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?

Since digital content is immediately accessible, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.


2. Content & Publications

How often do you publish new articles?

We publish at least one new article per day. This includes free content, premium articles, in-depth essays, and exclusive eBooks.

What is the difference between free and premium articles?

Free articles provide general discussions, insights, and introductions to various topics.
Premium articles feature in-depth analyses, exclusive content, and detailed essays that require extensive research.

Can I download articles as PDFs or eBooks?

Yes! Premium members have access to exclusive downloadable eBooks that compile detailed analyses and research. Some premium articles may also be available as PDFs.

Can I suggest topics for new articles?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our readers. You can send your topic suggestions via our Contact Page or through our social media channels.


3. Technical Questions

I can’t log in. What should I do?

First, try resetting your password via the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. If you’re still having trouble, contact our support team for assistance.

I have a premium membership, but I can’t access premium content.

Make sure you are logged into your account. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or logging out and back in. If the problem continues, contact support.

How can I reset my password?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and other secure payment options through our payment processor.


4. Shop & Purchases

How can I purchase an eBook or physical book?

You can buy books and eBooks directly from our PhiloPulse Shop. Premium members may get access to exclusive eBooks as part of their membership.

Can I return or get a refund for digital purchases?

Since digital content is delivered immediately, eBooks and digital downloads are non-refundable. Please check the details before purchasing.

How does shipping work for physical books?

We ship physical books worldwide with Amazon. You will find further notice in our PhiloPulse Shop.
